Planned Giving and
Leave a legacy by including ACTS In Your Will
Quite often individuals and couples who need most of their current financial resources for their personal and family support are able to make sizable contributions to Christian ministries through deferred giving and careful estate planning.
By minimizing current or estate taxes, resources that would otherwise be taxed can be designated to the Lord's work. Many people are also able to increase their current income while making provision to support ACTS or other Christian ministries.
This can be accomplished through one or more of the following ways:
1. Gifts of Real Estate, Stocks, or Personal Property If you have stocks, real estate, or other properties that have appreciated in value, you may be able to make a significant gift to ACTS's ministries and receive favorable tax advantages. Real estate and stocks, for example, can be deeded to ACTS free of any income tax on the appreciation.

2. Wills If you need the income or use of certain resources during your lifetime, but would then like them (or a portion of them) to go to support the Lord's work, you can accomplish that through a will.
